A 2023 Aged Care Quality Commission survey, based on hundreds of interviews conducted by OPAN advocates, identified choice, quality, quantity, timing and temperature as some of the key areas of concern.

More than 12 months on, join our panel of experts, including Australia’s favourite cook, Maggie Beer, the Director of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission’s Food, Nutrition and Dining Unit, Jessica Zilujko, and OPAN’s National Older Persons Reference Group members Rosemary Seam and Danijela Hlis for a lively discussion about what’s changed – and what still needs to be addressed.
