Plan, deliver and report with confidence. OPAN’s free Who’s Missing: Planning for Diversity workshops support aged care providers to meet their compliance requirements under the new Aged Care Act. Currently rolling out across Australia, this free training equips you to better plan, deliver and report on building a diverse and inclusive environment for older people and aged care workers.

Eight areas to target in relation to Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards.

Setting goals, monitoring progress, example templates for policy and procedures.
