About this course

OPAN’s free Who’s Missing: Planning for Diversity eLearning course equips aged care providers to better plan, deliver and report on building a diverse and inclusive environment for older people and aged care workers. 

The course is aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards, Statement of Rights and Aged Care Worker Code of Conduct and supports providers to identify and address barriers while embedding diversity within continuous improvement.

Participants receive expert resources, digital workbooks, and a certificate of completion upon meeting the course requirements.
