Every older person has the right to quality aged care – and the right to speak up when they’re not getting it. In this OPAN webinar, our panel of experts will discuss the aged care complaints process. Including what’s changed under the new Act, the role of mediation in resolving complaints, what to do if your rights have been breached, and how to seek a review of a decision. We’ll also explore the expanded powers of the new Complaints Commissioner and what they mean for older people.
