Understanding what to expect from aged care services enables you to stay informed, maintain your independence and make decisions that reflect your needs and preferences.  In this OPAN webinar, we’ll cover what you need to know about service agreements, how fee waivers and the financial hardship application process work, and the role of care management. We’ll also explore the steps you can take if your services aren’t meeting your needs.
